The hotel had spacious rooms with a huge bed and nice bathtub, though the building made them a bit dark. Unfortunately, they were so smelly that we had to switch hotels. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to help with our late luggage and transportation needs. The location was perfect, close to the Forbidden City and a quiet street. The dining options were varied, but some dishes fell short. Overall, a comfortable stay with some drawbacks.
